It was such an honour to assist the Marriott Hotel Group in opening their new brand MOXY in Shanghai. Working together, we overcame a series of challenges and brought about some fantastic results.
About the MOXY HOTEL campaign
MOXY is a youthful hotel brand that targets young Chinese audiences. Our mission was to create awareness and boost MOXY’s brand image.
The campaign looked at the passion of independent Chinese creators from the music, art and gaming industries. By designing a platform for them to be heard, the campaign helped shape MOXY’s image in Shanghai, transforming it into a place that embodies the attitudes and cultures of China’s youth.
The engagement results were exceptional. The 7000+ videos that were submitted to #MAKEMOXYOURS from different creators had generated 450 MILLION views while bringing in 130K new followers for the hotel organically.
